Doug Works of CBRE, who identified the facility for Transworld's Skate and Create 3 and negotiated a sweet short term deal on behalf of Transworld's parent company Bonnier Corp, was very pleased with what the Adidas, Fallen, Etnies and Lakai teams produced in the 30,000 square foot warehouse over a period of just nine days per team.
