LGF Consulting LLC is Larry Firth an independent action sports management consultant specializing in Supply Chain, Operations, Distribution, Procurement and Sourcing Management. LGF Consulting LLC was founded in 2008. After more than 20 years in Operations and Inventory Management and the last 12 years in the Action Sports industry in increasingly expanding roles covering Sourcing and Procurement, Logistics. Production and Inventory Control, Distribution, Customer Service and Call Center Management, I decided to venture out on my own and offer operations improvement services to small and mid-sized Action Sports companies focusing primarily in Southern California.

I realized that several companies lack either the time or expertise needed to improve operations and implement the cost and working capital reductions that are so vital to remaining competitive in today’s economy. In many cases all these companies need are simple process changes, some training, some revised and more focused operational metrics that are linked to organizational objectives, or an experienced guide for China sourcing and production, yet many small to midsized companies continue to struggle to identify or implement these changes. My objective with LGF Consulting is to fill the need of those companies.
