The Brown Buffalo
The Brown Buffalo was founded by Douglas Davidson, a Los Angeles native and former Design Director for Burton Snowboards. Douglas’ traveling and outdoor experiences are what led him to his passion for backpacks, baggage and luggage.
“Naturally like most people, I wanted a job that would allow me to travel and apply what I learned to what I do. I saw a need for a better solution to a product that had taken a back seat to most Brands.”
The Brown Buffalo is a international American fashion house specializing in backpacks, wheeled luggage, handbags, wearable accessories, wood stoves and furniture. We employ architecturally minded methods to create product from process.
We bring a unique expertise to the products we design, and we are careful to select projects which fit our strengths.
