Job Description
Surfhardware is looking for a customer service professional to join our family of brands in Vista, Ca.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
-- Maintain good relations and clear communications with all customers
-- Manage the efficient and accurate processing of all sales orders to ensure the timely delivery of products to customers
-- Manage all customer returns per company policies

Position Summary

I. Customer Service
-- Manage all customer contact including answering and actioning of incoming phone calls, customer service emails and walk-in customers
-- Maintain good relations and clear communications with all customers
-- Assist sales representatives with order inquiries

II. Sales Order Management and Processing
-- Manage the efficient and accurate processing of all sales orders to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
-- Develop and circulate appropriate reports in relation to order management as requested by management
-- Maintain a clean and accurate order file. IE Backorders

III. Customer returns
-- Manage all customer returns per company policies

IV. Experience & Skills
-- Customer Service experience
-- Interest in the surf industry and products
-- Excellent organization and an eye for detail
-- Excellent communication and presentation skills
-- Strong problem-solving skills
-- The ability to identify opportunities for improvement
-- Commitment to customer service excellence
