Job Description
Position Purpose:
The primary focus of the Marketing Coordinator is to assist in the execution of marketing tactics to drive brand affiliation, product preference, and sales. The Marketing Coordinator provides critical task management and communication to the rest of the Marketing group.
Principal Accountabilities:
Support Brand Manager, Sales, and Creative Services group with the planning and execution of marketing materials including catalogs, web sites, workbooks.
Support sales group with development and production of sales collateral materials, including but not limited to, price lists, order forms and programs.
Manage yearly purchase and organization of advertisements, point of purchase (POP) and sales materials.
Support media with product and information requests and work closely with external PR resources to promote the brand and category.
Support Events/Team Coordinator in organizing promotional events, including consumer demos, consumer retail events (slideshow tours, etc), dealer camp or demos, sales meetings, media events, and others.
Provide subsidiaries and international distributors with access to electronic files of catalog photos, lifestyle photos, logos, and graphics.
Other general marketing and sales support as requested.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field.
Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and some skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams on project-based work in an unstructured environment.
Ability to organize multiple tasks and drive projects through completion, on schedule and on budget.
Flexibility to travel at certain times of the year
Winter sports enthusiast with an understanding of the industry
