Job Description
Position Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager – Field Marketing is at the forefront of Monster’s efforts to deliver impact with our Field Marketing team in grassroots-type activation's. This person will manage all planning and execution for content and media campaigns with our US Field Marketing teams across the regional business units, and will do so in collaboration with the Digital, Brand, Creative and Sales teams. They will be the connective tissue between Digital Marketing and Field Marketing to ensure every tactical execution is done well and generates the desired impact. This role requires someone with background in digital marketing and media planning who is fluent in social media and understands the impact of grassroots digital marketing.

Essential Job Functions:


Understand brand marketing plans and integrate with Brand team in continuous effort to meet objectives.

Align with Brand, Creative, Digital and Field Marketing teams to ensure there is continuity across all channels with digital marketing campaigns, from first to final touch in the consumer journey.

Execution of marketing priorities and related media planning driven by Field Marketing priorities across the East, Central and West business units in the US.

Management of tactical plans for digital marketing on all field marketing campaigns including content development, media planning and performance measurement.

Maintain the digital marketing and media calendars across all Field Marketing initiatives.

Manage day-to-day communication both internal w/ cross-functional stakeholders and externally with key account teams and related partners, vendors or other entities.

Identify opportunities for new projects where Monster can grow impact in Field Marketing and/or grassroots marketing efforts, either with current or new potential partners or methods.

Draft and merchandise performance measurement in collaboration with Marketing and Sales, aligned to cross-functional objectives for each team.

Maintain a strong understanding of digital media best practices, legal guides and other information that ensures Monster remains consumer-first in its approach to digital marketing and aligned to legal.

Position Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business, and/or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience including content development, social media management, media planning and measurement.

Experience with CPG brands is strongly preferred.

Experience developing and managing influencer and social ambassador campaigns is strongly preferred.

Must have experience with producing social media content, including visual asset editing (e.g. Photoshop) as well as social media copy writing.

Knowledge of current digital media trends & emerging platforms.

Must be focused, self-motivated, results-oriented, detail-obsessed and able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work well and communicate within a team as well as externally.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Ability to think critically and creatively, and able to clearly present new ideas.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
