Job Description
Phunkshun Wear, a leader in sustainably and domestically manufactured outdoor gear, is growing and looking for an exceptional individual to join our team in the integral role of Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be an energetic team player who’s ready to tackle the challenges of inside sales support. Reporting directly to the Phunkshun Wear Sales Manager, this role will be responsible for sales-related data entry & management, as well as assist with trade-fairs and events.
• 40 hours weekly (overtime occasionally as needed)
• Standard workweek Monday-Friday (occasionally weekends as dictated by trade fairs / expos / events)
• Create and update customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
• Function as the primary point of customer service for inquiries related to direct-to-consumer and pro sales orders
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
• Accurately enter customer orders and send digital confirmations
• Obtain and update dealer resale certificate information
• Communicate with other departments in regards to production timelines and capacity
• Creation of CSV files with product information for various databases
• Maintain dealer locator database
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output data
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Apply data program techniques and procedures
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
• Scan documents and print files, when needed
• Keep information confidential
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Attend company functions, trade fairs, expos, and other events when necessary
• Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
• Other duties as needed

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Must be 18 years of age
