Annette Randolph Returns to the Motorcycle Industry Council as Director of Human Resources

IRVINE, CA – October 05, 2017 – (Motor Sports Newswire) – Annette Randolph, the new director of human resources at the Motorcycle Industry Council, is a familiar face to many at the associations. She first joined the MIC in 2002, working five years as payroll and benefits administrator, before taking leave to raise her family, then taking an HR position at a Fortune 500 manufacturing company. MIC staff members are excited to have her return, bringing more than 15 years of experience and expertise in human resources.

Most recently, Randolph worked in human resources for Brasstech Inc., in Santa Ana, Calif. She and a small team helped the company grow from about 200 workers to nearly 600 workers over six years. Randolph also helped initiate strategic HR initiatives to maximize value and efficiency among the staff.
Randolph, who earned a business degree from California State University, San Bernardino, started her career working for United Airlines before joining the MIC. She worked alongside Vice President of Administration Joe DiCorpo, creating a solid foundation for the associations’ human resources policies and practices.
“I remember my previous tenure here fondly,” Randolph said. “My job was challenging and always exciting. Working alongside the abundance of bright, talented and passionate associates shaped who I was to become in my career. During my previous tenure here, and in the years immediately following, the associations earned several ‘best place to work’ awards.”
Randolph left the MIC to spend more time raising her son, Emerson, and daughter, Amelia. After four years, she was ready to rejoin the workforce and at Brasstech she gained experience and a deep understanding of all areas of human resources, including employee relations, compliance, payroll, recruiting and talent development. This, she said, helped prime her for her new role at the MIC.

Motorcycle Industry Council
The Motorcycle Industry Council exists to preserve, protect and promote motorcycling through government relations, communications and media relations, statistics and research, aftermarket programs, AIMExpo, development of data communications standards, and activities surrounding technical and regulatory issues.
