No Fear Signs Shaun Ward
No Fear is proud to announce the signing of twenty-three year old, Huntington Beach native, Shaun Ward. Ward began competing in the NSSA and HB Surf Series. Competitive Highlights include 2nd Place finish in the 2003 Cold Water Classic and 3rd in the 2004 Fosters Circuit.. Ward is currently rated 135 in the WQS standings and has his eye on the top 50 for 2006. “I am stoked that No Fear is giving me the opportunity to focus more on my dream to one day qualifying for the WCT.” His other sponsors are Jacks Surfboard Shop, Creatures of Leisure, Converse, NO FEAR, Ocean Minded and Arnette Sunglasses. He will join the rest of the No Fear crew including standouts like 2004 Pipe Master trialist winner Mikey Bruneau, free surf freek Geoff Brack, Pipe Mad Man Randall Paulson, Tow master Garrett McNamara, Santa Cruz local Homer Henard, Floridian Wesley Desouza and the rest.
