Future Snowboarding Launches New Website

Solana Beach, CA – – Future US today announces the global launch of their new web site futuresnowboarding.com. The site is phase one in a rolling launch with the Board Finder, News and User Forums sections live and available immediately.

The Board Finder:

The most comprehensible inventory of snowboards ever gathered now lives within futresnowboarding.com! With over 2,500 boards available, this website’s two-level search engine allows users to locate boards by either entering their ideal specs, with the aid of the exclusive Board Caddy. The FSM Board Caddy asks users a series of helpful questions that not only narrow the search, but also kindly instruct them to what each aspect of the board means and how it can effect their decisions in buying a board. It’s like an online personal shopper!

The News:

No news is good news, right? Let’s just agree to disagree. At futuresnowboarding.com we feel that all news is important as we aim to quickly become your source for everything snowboarding. Not just press releases either! The same staff that brings you each issue of FSM, will enlighten you throughout the season with top stories and articles from around the world. Check in several times daily for updates.

The User Forums:

Everybody’s got something to say and futuresnowboarding.com wants to hear about it. Whether it’s about gear and equipment, today’s pros, travel, backcountry or the industry itself, you’ll have plenty of room to speak your peace. And for those who sign up and contribute over the next two weeks, we’re randomly giving away one pair of goggles each day to some lucky new user. Take a chance with us and you might find yourself with a different view this winter...

“Right now I’m pretty happy with the way the site works. Where else can you search a database of every snowboard in the market? To me, that’s a real service—one that I’m sure our users will find helpful in these critical months before the resorts open,” comments Jason Ford, publisher for Future Snowboarding. “We’re taking everything that we think is critical in snowboarding into consideration while building the next five steps of the site. It should be epic, so make it your homepage!”

Later stages of the site will launch as they are completed with weather, video, photo and resort information already in development. Once finished, futuresnowboarding.com will no doubt be the most valuable snowboard specific site on the web.
