Optic Nerve Partners With Susan G. Komen Foundation
10% of Proceeds From Special Edition Pink Ribbon Sunglasses To Benefit Breast Cancer Research

Edgewater, CO - January 17, 2007 - Optic Nerve announced today that they will be a program partner of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation in 2007, making them the first official sunglass partner in the Komen organization's 25 year history.

To support this partnership and achieve the company's donation goals, Optic Nerve has produced a special edition Pink Ribbon sunglass called the Toby. With this product Optic Nerve honors the memory of it's founder and president's mother, Toby Cotton. Toby fought with grace and dignity, but recently lost her 17-year battle with breast cancer.

Over the coming year, Optic Nerve will support the Komen Foundation by donating $4 from each pair of Toby sunglasses sold with a guaranteed minimum donation of $25,000.

"We have guaranteed a minimum donation to the Susan G. Komen Foundation," said Bill Cotton, Founder and President of Optic Nerve. "But our goal is to sell 25,000 pairs and raise $100,000 to help end this terrible disease."

The Toby was developed with Optic Nerve's unique TORIC technology.  By giving the glass a 10 x 4.5 base curve lens, Optic Nerve is able to produce a look that is trendy and oversized, yet sleek. The result is a truly ergonomic design that fits most women's face shapes and sizes equally well.

The side of the Toby is adorned with the signature "Pink Ribbon" and comes in two colors - black and white. Optic Nerve's Pink Ribbon sunglasses will be available to consumers in early February and will retail for $40.
