FUEL TV Announces Nonstop November Programming Lineup
Watch the new season of “The Standard Snowboard Show,” and specials “Red Bull Experiment – Ronnie Renner,” “Rockstar Wake Jam 2008,” “Levi’s BMX Team Video,” and “2008 Wake Awards.” 

FUEL TV, the only network dedicated to the lifestyle of action sports, announces the premiere of season five of “The Standard Snowboard Show,” November 25 at 8:00pm ET/PT. This new series joins an all-star line up of new specials including “The Red Bull Experiment – Ronnie Renner,” “Rockstar Wake Jam 2008,” “Levi’s BMX Team Video,” and the “2008 Wake Awards.”

The Standard Snowboard Show – New Season – 8:00pm ET/PT in Snow Pack

Standard Films celebrates the fifth season of The Standard Snowboard Show on FUEL TV. This season ride with Standard’s fresh new top talent including Torstein Horgmo, Lonnie Kauk, Kazuhiro Kokubo, Mathieu Crepel and Chas Guldmond. Torstein and Chas are known as the best freestyle spinners in snowboarding today, while Lonnie, Kazu and Mathieu cover all aspects of riding the mountain with tons of style. Also, get a fresh look at the urban rail scene with the introduction of the new “Street Sweeper” segments that assault the inner city terrain in every episode this season.

Rockstar Wake Jam 2008 – 8:00pm ET/PT in Meet & Brotatoes

Another amazing display of wakeskating went down on the Nottawasaga River in Wasaga Beach, Ontario, Canada for the Rockstar Wake Jam, the third event in Rockstar’s Byerly Toe Jam series. The crowd of party people was hooting and hollering as the riders put on a show in calm conditions behind the Air Nautique 210. Hansen, Taylor, Shinn and Grubb were the consistent standouts, but the field was tight as all of the athletes dropped wake-to-wake hammers all day. This event will qualify three riders into the final event of the season.

Red Bull Wake Lab - 8:30pm ET/PT in Meet & Brotatoes

History was made in the wake capitol of the world during Surf Expo weekend, as 22,000 fans packed the shores at Lake Eola in downtown Orlando to watch 24 of the best wakeboarders push the sport to a new level for the Red Bull Wake Lab. A novel structure resembling a street course amazed the crowd and challenged riders such as JD Webb, Aaron Rathy, Parks Bonifay, and Adam Errington, utilizing the brand-new System 2.0 cableway. The elements included an elevated pool, handrails, transfers and huge quarterpipe, which were all inspired by today’s contemporary skate and snow parks. Judges included freestyle snowboarder Pat Moore, Skate Park of Tampa’s Ryan Clements, in addition to some wake industry veterans. With the city skyline serving as the backdrop, Red Bull’s Wake Lab was by far one of the coolest, most innovative events the sport has ever seen.

Apples & Oranges – 8:30pm ET/PT in Snow Pack

Alterna Films shakes Apples & Oranges out of the tree, bringing you a snowboard film about a crew of international riders brought together for the same mission: to bring their individual talents to the big screen. Highlights in the film include the union of technical tricks with unique and innovative cinematography. Featuring the riding of Matt Belzile, Jaakko Seppala, Stefan Karlsson, JF Fortin, Matt Beardmore, Shane Pospisil, Jon Cartwright, Jimi Tomer, Greg Maxwell, Anssi Manninen and introducing Takaharu Nakai, Tadej Valentan and Seb Toots. Apples & Oranges was filmed on location in Hokkaido Japan, Slovenia, Tahoe, Mammoth, Alaska, Norway, Grouse Mountain and the Whistler Backcountry.

Red Bull Experiment - Kevin Robinson – 8:30pm ET/PT in Meet & Brotatoes

If anyone is in the running to break Mat Hoffman's world-record of 26 feet 2 inches on a BMX quarterpipe, it's K-Rob. In this installment of the Red Bull Experiment, we follow pro BMXer Kevin Robinson on his quest to break Mat's record. With a custom-built roll-in and quarterpipe, this amazing event took place in New York City’s Central Park in June of 2008. Fellow action sports athletes like Tony Hawk, Jamie Bestwick, and Dennis McCoy offer thoughts and insights to Kevin's record-breaking mission.

We know how FAR a man can jump on a motorcycle, but we don't know how HIGH...until now.  In this installment of the Red Bull Experiment, we follow FMX pro Ronnie Renner on his mission to establish a world record for highest jump on a quarterpipe.
