Whistler Blackcomb Announces New Industry, Film and Communications Supervisor
Chris McLeod to bring strong industry relationships and knowledge to the position

Chris McLeod has been named Whistler Blackcomb’s new Industry, Film and Communications Supervisor. Chris assumed the role on July 12, 2011.

“We’re very excited to have Chris on the team” says Tabetha Boot, Whistler Blackcomb’s Public Relations and Communications Manager. “We are confident in his ability to make a seamless transition from where Ryan Proctor left off, providing a great, mutually beneficial connection between the ski, snowboard and bike Industry and Whistler Blackcomb.”

Chris will be Whistler Blackcomb’s Public Relations point person for all Ski, Snowboard, and Mountain Bike Industry Relations, along with supervising Whistler Blackcomb’s operations and snow communications, and overseeing all commercial filming inquiries.  Chris can be reached by phone at 604-938-7111, or via email, and works Tuesdays through Saturdays.

“I am very excited to take on this new role with Whistler Blackcomb,” says Chris McLeod. “I am extremely passionate about Whistler, the mountains, as well as the Ski, Snowboard, and Mountain Bike Industries, and I look forward to bringing this passion and enthusiasm to this role.”
