EMP: Kirkwood Resort Development Selects KPS3 as Strategic Marketing Partner

Kirkwood Resort Development, the real estate development organization for Kirkwood Mountain Realty, has selected KPS3 Marketing, a full-service marketing and digital communications firm, as its marketing communications partner. KPS3 will immediately begin the development of a strategic marketing plan for Kirkwood Resort Development, including the launch of Timber Creek townhomes, creating and implementing the advertising and direct marketing recommendations, creating and executing the public relations and homeowner engagement plans, and developing the enhanced web and digital marketing program. The ultimate goal will be to assist Kirkwood Mountain Realty in aggressively and successfully marketing homes in Kirkwood’s new developments as well as homes on the market for re-sale.

Kirkwood Resort Development will soon open Timber Creek townhomes, Kirkwood’s premier modern mountain retreat in the heart of Timber Creek Village.
