"Similar to how we started, B4BC is about utilizing our passions and creating something unique for a good cause which brings out a contagious energy that other people - brands, bands, athletes - want to be around. It's the kind of work that truly reflects a lifestyle."

"One of the best aspects about working for B4BC is the opportunity to see the snow, skate and surf community rally around a cause with so much passion. It's inspiring to work with people who are excited to create innovative collaborations that give back, and to see first-hand the impact we are making in the industry."

Step Inside the B4BC Office:

Boarding for Breast Cancer changes lives inside the unique walls of BeCore, an experiential marketing agency in Downtown Los Angeles.

"BeCore was founded on the principle of helping others. We help our partners educate, entertain & inform their guests. Today those partners include Red Bull, Nike, Roxy and XBox among others.

Sharing our space with B4BC makes sense on several levels. They too are in the businesses of helping. We encourage our team to "give back" to the community that allows us to play to our passion points, which  includes many action sports. We can also feed creatively off of each other as we occupy the same playspace. It is a win-win in that respect.  It also happens that they are just cool people and I always strive to surround myself with good people. So there's that too!"

- Kelly Vaught, Chief Operations Officer, BeCore

BeCore blends offline and online experiences, leveraging passions that already run deep, like sports and entertainment. At the center of all they do: understanding customers and connecting with them in meaningful ways.

"I love being a part of BeCore because I get to work and grow in a down to earth supportive environment. I get to build strategies and experiences with some of the coolest people and brands around that share the same passions (and humor) as I do . At BeCore and with the brands I work with, my experience and opinion are respected. It's really nice to be able to serve and empower others. It's fun to help craft and execute projects that leave a lasting memorable effect on people and enhance how they connect with the interests that fuel their spirit."

BeCore is a great mix of talented, creative people who work together, play together and, in some instances, live together. Its a family in every sense of the word. We’re a relatively small agency in numbers, but we think big and we work big. Inside the building, there’s less of a typical agency hierarchy. Everybody has a voice. Every idea is considered and every opinion matters. Most importantly, the leadership here goes out of their way to make sure each team member knows they are appreciated for their individuality and their professional contributions. I’m extremely grateful that BeCore chose me to be a part of the family.

- Robert Cunningham, Business Development Manager
