MANAGEMENT OVERVIEW I have established a fifteen year record of corporate accomplishments in such areas including but not limited to, customer service, quality control, distribution management (shipping and receiving), inventory planning, computerization, and team building. Some of my achievements in these areas include managing as many as 75 employees, handling payroll, and inventory control management for both the company and the customer. I have acted as a liaison between the customers and my company to insure the very best customer service policies & procedures are in place, thus the result being extraordinary customer satisfaction. I am a consummate professional who strives and succeeds in improving operational efficiency through utilization of proven management strategies and improved employee training. I have extensive computer knowledge of such programs as Microsoft Word, Power Point, AS400, WMS, CDS, and ICON just to name a few. My personal skills include the ability to process information and maintain composure under stressful situations. In addition, I possess the ability and the eagerness to learn. I am also multifaceted in addition to working extremely well with minimal supervision. I have several years of experience working in an ISO400 environment and have been an active participant in the certification process. TROUBLESHOOTING I have management-level experience analyzing all aspects of operational processes, locating inefficient areas, and restructuring management/production systems to: Monitor all aspects of fleet performance and job performance of all employees. Reduce corporate expenses through the removal of waste (time, people, etc). Improve customer service through the reduction of errors and delays. Boost employee morale through improved communication and incentive programs. Improve customer satisfaction.
