I am the Business Office Manager, a seasonal manager position, at Mt Rose Ski Tahoe, a mid-size day use ski resort. I oversee all of the coordination of a high volume, intensely customer service oriented, winter sports operation including Guest Services, Point of Sale (POS) training and service, Ticket Sales, Season Pass Sales, Revenue Reporting, Credit Card reconciliation and research, Multiple Facility Leader, Department Budget Management, and, $12M Revenue Management and Security. I have 55 seasonal employees and am responsible for all aspects of their training including customer service and cash handling in a high volume resort environment. ?
