My experience in project management spans across 5 years where I successfully created strategies to manage the full life cycle of projects by aligning with internal and external departments to ensure deliverables were achieved through: - Strategic Planning: creating a 15 month outlook with internal departments and implementing strategies to meet the objective. - Product Management: overseeing the life cycle of knits and woven categories, from concept to production while collaborating with designers and merchants to create a product line that reflects current trends and sales needs - Procurement: sourcing, evaluating the vendor selection and negotiating the terms and costs for contracts and programs. - Vendor Relationships: monitoring key performance indicators and managing the production and delivery of orders.
