20 years of progressive experience and responsibility in biotechnology management, with an emphasis on manufacturing and operations. I am highly experienced with all aspects of the product life cycle, from R&D, scale-up, validation, tech transfer, manufacturing, QC, QA, assembly, scheduling and inventory control, and shipping/logistics. As both a front-line manager and departmental director, I have been successful in establishing metric-driven performance improvement and increased profitability. I have a passion for product cost analysis and inventory analysis, and enjoy working closely with my CFO colleagues to ensure profitability.

I am an experienced surfer, climber, triathlete, competitive swimmer, and cyclist, and enjoy working with like-minded people.
